FWS - KYCO, Clinic Receptionist - 21-22

Responsibilities: 1. Greet patients in a professional manner. 2. Learn the EMR system, schedule patient appointments. 3. Answer the phone and assist patients. 4. Assist doctors and KYCO students when necessary.

Preferred Skills: • Computer knowledge, i.e. Word. • Attention to detail. • Strong active listening abilities. • Public speaking. • Written & verbal communication. • Customer focused. • Willingness to learn new things.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: No hours • Tuesday: From 8:00 am - 12:00 pm / or 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm • Thursday: From 8:00 am - 12:00 pm / or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Additional Comments: This position requires multitasking and working under pressure. The ability to accept change. The person for this position must be able to present themselves in a professional manner and be dependable. If the student is able to contribute more than 8 hours per week, we are happy to provide more hours.
