FWS - Athletics, Department/Office Aide - 21 -22

Responsibilities: • Assist the Athletic office with day-to-day operations in the AD office. • Help with gameday operations for each sport. 

  • Assist coordination of communication with athletic department sponsors and delivery of services for sponsors. • Assist with athletic media day shoots.
  • Assist with UPIKE SportsNetwork with all streaming services for home games including setup/breakdown. Help with production to produce live video coverage and generate video content for the athletics department. Operation of DakStats and Stretch Internet for live stats of home contests.
  • Help assist and guide a group of student workers and interns on gamedays and in office duties.

• Manage gym set-up and breakdown for events, practices and meetings.

• Responsible for cleaning Athletics offices and disinfecting those areas.

• Collecting mail and deliveries for Athletics.

  • Assist coaches with oversight of our SAAC program on generating new ideas of community service and outreach.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Saturday - Sunday: Varies depending on workload
