FWS - Community - East KY Dream Center, Assistant - 21-22

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Food Pantry Coordination
  • Works collaboratively with community partners to coordinate food drives
  • Ensures everyone being served is being treated with kindness and compassion
  • Help coordinate and work events
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure enough support to effectively carry out programs and fulfill mission
  • Uses Microsoft and other database software to manage hours, scheduling, paperwork and essential volunteer and Food Pantry data       

Preferred Skills: • Computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media & New Technology • Attention to detail • Customer focused • Willingness to learn new things

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events.

Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: •Monday - Saturday: Varies depending on workload
