FWS - Community - East KY Dream Center, Thrift Store Assistant - 21-22

Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in the processing of donated items, rotation of items and the disposal of donated items in a timely fashion.

a)       Processes include: sorting, tagging, displaying and disposing of donated items.

  1. Ability to serve customers courteously, efficiently and ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times.
  2. Displaying donated items in an attractive way making them visually appealing.
  3. Assists the thrift store manager in the customer service experience for all visitors to the thrift store through participating in staff training.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

The priority work schedule will vary depending on student availability.  

  • Sunday – Saturday: Varies depending on workload.
