FWS - Admissions, Communication Assistant -22-23

Responsibilities:

  1. Retrieve daily reports from SLATE database.
  2. Merge mailing and address labels for each report and send mailings.
  3. Assemble welcome and acceptance packets.
  4. Organize sort and monitor inventory of marketing materials and notify management when reorders are needed.
  5. Assist team with the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  6. Work closely with UPIKE’s Mailroom to ensure the speedy delivery of all mailed pieces.
  7. Place phone calls to potential applicants and serve as a liaison for future Bears.
  8. Utilize meticulous attention to detail and organization to ensure each item is delivered to the appropriate person when working with many pieces of information.
  9. Research and correct bad addresses from returned mail.
  10. Enter personal data into a database.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all records.
  12. Perform other duties as directed.

Work Schedule:

The priority work schedule will vary depending on student availability.  

  • Saturday & Sunday: No hours
  • Monday - Friday: Varies depending on workload
