IWS, Business Affairs - Work Study Assistant - 22-23

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the front desk - answer/direct phone calls, distribute paychecks, refunds, and accounts payable checks. 2. Assist accounts payable with entering vouchers, filing, and uploading to Image Now. 3. Assist accounts receivable in billing, reviewing student accounts, and preparing refunds. 4. Perform basic administrative duties, such as answering/directing calls, shredding documents, collecting/delivering mail, etc. 5. Complete projects as needed.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Saturday & Sunday: Closed • Monday-Friday: Varies depending on workload
