FWS - FMA / Humanities - Lab Assistant - 22-23

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee FMA computer lab during the weekdays. 2. Help students edit their projects in the lab. 3. Check out equipment to FMA students. 4. Edit a variety of projects in the lab.

Preferred Skills: • Computer knowledge, i.e. Adobe Premiere & Photoshop. • Attention to detail. • Strong active listening abilities. • Written and verbal communication. • Customer focused. • Willingness to learn new things.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule. • Sunday & Saturday: Closed • Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Physical demands included here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: • Keyboarding • Reaching/handling • Stooping/kneeling Additional Comments: The focus of this position is to keep the lab open and available for students taking FMA classes, performing a much needed function. This position is best suited for freshman/sophomore FMA students.
