FWS - Student Success, Student Success Assistant -22-23

Responsibilities: 1. Assisting students while working in the Learning Lab, including, but not limited to, issues student may experience with the printer or providing supplies needed in the lab such as staplers, tape, etc. 2. Helping with the organization and execution of What's Up Wednesday events. The events will be held on select Wednesday evenings. Students will be in charge of serving, organizing, creating posters, taking photos, and setting up before and cleaning up after the event. 3. Aiding the Center for Student Success team by making copies, typing, checking campus mail, running campus errands, creating bulletin boards, creating posters, and other duties as needed. 4. Demonstrating a high level of professionalism when working the front desk or Learning Lab as needed. Students will direct phone calls, take messages, provide information, and help promote student success.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Sun. & Sat. : Closed • Mon., Tues., Thurs. : 8:00 am - 8:00 pm • Wednesday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm • Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
