FWS - Athletics, Cheer Office Assistant - 21-22

Responsibilities: Communication • Work with coach in developing monthly schedules and disseminating information to all parties. • Maintain squad social media page. Squad Liaison to Training Staff • Communicate team activities to training staff. • Secure needed training equipment and supplies for all practices. • Learn specific taping techniques to assist training staff with team needs. Daily Team Maintenance • Compile ongoing inventory of uniforms and equipment. • Maintain team record of workouts and skills mastered. • Use Microsoft office to produce documents and print media for squad clinics and activities.  • Prepare PowerPoint and video for recruiting. • Assist coach in developing and maintaining current list of high school senior cheerleaders. • Assist coach in setting up game visits for prospective cheerleaders.

Preferred Skills: • Computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media & New Technology. • Attention to detail. • Strong active listening abilities. • Written & verbal communication. • Willingness to learn new things.

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Sunday: Closed • Monday-Saturday: Varies depending on workload
