FWS - Athletics: Sports Information, Operations Assistant - 21-22

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Director of Athletics and Sports Information staff with office tasks such as communication with coaches, document filing, archiving, and updating databases.
  2. Coordinate with gameday staff and assist with scorer’s table operations.
  3. Use UPIKE Athletics social media accounts to capture gameday footage/photos to create engaging content.
  4. Assist with gameday management (equipment setup, directing music).

Preferred Skills:

  • Computer knowledge, i.e. Excel, Social Media & New Technology.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Written and verbal communication.  

Work Schedule:

The priority work schedule will vary depending on student availability.  

  • Sunday - Saturday: varies depending on workload
