IWS - KYCOM - Student Events Assistant - Summer/Fall/Spring 24/25

Student Assistants will assist the KYCOM Office of Student Affairs with major student events during the academic year such as White Coat Ceremony, Graduation events, and Commencement, and with small events as needed. The specific tasks for events will be assigned based on the department’s needs.

Responsibilities:

Act in a professional manner that positively represents KYCOM. (P, CSD)

Work Schedule:

The priority work schedule will vary depending on need..  

  • Sunday – Saturday: varies depending on workload

Number of Positions:  12     

Approximate # of hours:  25 hours per semester

Pay Rate:  $12/hr

Location:  Coal Building , various locations and campus depending on event
