A second-year medical student laboratory technician is needed

Responsibilities and Career Competencies

Perform isometric tension study experiments, western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation/ and knocking down individual genes with the siRNAs in cultured cells and vascular tissues.(C,TW,P,CT,EI,T)

The student will advise/supervise first-year medical student laboratory fellows to perform their planned experiments using the mentioned techniques.(C,TW,P,CT,EI,T)

 At least one year of laboratory research experience is required.

Preference will be given to the mastery of the mentioned techniques.    

 

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is varies depending on workload.  Employment will be through June 30, 2025.
