FWS - KYCO - KYCO Methods Lab Assistant FWSKYCOMTHLABA - Fall/Spring 24/25

Must be a KYCO student

Assist faculty in preparing for lab and proficiencies (C, TW, P)

Maintain and organize laboratory space (C, TW, P, CSD, L, T)

Monitor supplies in laboratory and assist with re-orders (C, TW, T)

Restock supplies in laboratory lanes (TW)

Inform appropriate people if lab equipment needs maintenance (C, TW, P, CSD, L, T)

Assist with other tasks necessary to ensure proper functioning of labs (C, TW, P, CSD, CT, L, T)

Work Schedule: The priority work schedule is our open hours and during special events. Work hours can be flexible to accommodate the students' class schedule: • Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: No hours • Monday: Varies depending on workload • Wednesday & Friday: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Work Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job: • Normal office environment Physical demands included here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: • Lifting up to 10 lbs. • Carrying up to 10 lbs.

Number of students to hire: 1 student roughly 1-3 hours per week

Pay Rate: $12.50/hr

Location:  HPE, 4th and 5th floor Methods Lab
